To expand our finance team we are looking for an Administrative Specialist passionate about Bitcoin and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in curating and calculating financial positions of physical and juridical entities across various markets and products, and a 3 / 4 year experience. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of capital gains and losses, providing essential support for tax compliance in the Regime Amministrato branch of the business. Your main goal will be managing monthly reconciliation of all capital gains, and monitoring their calculation across our platform.
Your impact
In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
Accurately check calculation of capital gains and losses for a diverse portfolio of clients, including both individuals and legal entities.
Manage and reconcile financial data across multiple trading platforms and asset classes to ensure precision in reporting.
Prepare detailed reports on fiscal positions, providing crucial data for client tax declarations.
Stay current with evolving tax regulations and market trends to ensure all calculations are compliant and precise.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data collection processes and improve the efficiency of financial reporting workflows.
Your skills
We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:
You must understand and be actively interested in cryptocurrencies/blockchain: experience in calculating positions with cryptocurrencies is required. Your knowledge and capability will be assessed.
Strong data analysis skills with data visualisation tools (i.e.: MS Excel, PowerBI) and working with databases.
Masters degree in Economics or similar degrees is required.
You can identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently, escalating them to the appropriate team when needed.
Fluent in English.

Your experience has been gained in fintech start-ups.
You’re familiar with juridical language and can smoothly comprehend regulations as they are passed.
You’re familiar with Anti Financial Crime procedures.
