UX/UI Designer Intern
ApplyConio is the Milan-based fintech, partly owned by Poste Italiane and Banca Generali, that created the first multi-sig Bitcoin wallet in Italy. With the mission of making Bitcoin and digital assets accessible to everyone, we developed a 2-of-3 multi-signature wallet and a patented fund recovery system.

We're looking for a talented intern with skills in creating designs that are both user-friendly and visually appealing.
Your impact.
In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to uncover insights and identify areas for enhancement.
Utilize storyboarding and user journey maps to visually illustrate the flow and experience of our digital products.
Collect and organize data carefully to make sure it's accurate and reliable for analysis.
Take part in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, sharing ideas and suggestions using Design Thinking methods.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Assist in generating design assets and documentation for mobile and web applications.
Helping collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless UI design implementation.
Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices, applying them to our platforms to elevate user satisfaction.
Your skills.
We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in UX/UI design, interaction design, or a related field.
Good skills in UX/UI design and knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Provide a portfolio displaying design projects or case studies related to the position.
Updated CV highlighting relevant skills.
Nice to have.
Open-minded, empathetic, and curious, always exploring new creative possibilities.
Confident in conducting user research and deeply passionate about user experience, technology, and design.
Driven to see projects through completion and celebrate achievements.
