Conio is the Milan-based fintech partly owned by Poste Italiane and Banca Generali, that created the first multi-sig Bitcoin wallet in Italy. To expand our Engineering team we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Blockchain Software Engineer to join our crew.

Your impact.

As a Blockchain Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our blockchain-based applications and smart contracts. You will work closely with the senior engineering team to design, implement, and test blockchain solutions.

Your skills.

We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, preferably with a focus on blockchain.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one EVM-compatible blockchain (Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche).

  • Proficiency in Solidity programming language and understanding of smart contract development principles.

  • Experience working with an object-oriented language, preferably Python.

  • Familiarity with web3 libraries and their usage to interact with EVM-based blockchains.

  • Knowledge of main signature schemes (ECDSA and EdDSA).

Nice to have.

Other qualities that make you the ideal candidate are:

  • Experience with distributed systems, such as Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Redis, is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to seek guidance and share knowledge with others.
