Conio Bitcoin and Crypto Wallet App

Below is a summary of the fees, prices, and minimum limits we apply for our services within the Conio App.

Registration, App Usage, and Cryptocurrency Custody

The Conio Bitcoin and Crypto Wallet App is available for free on the App Store and Google Play Store. Creating an account is free. Additionally, there are no fees for storing your cryptocurrencies in Conio or for recovering access to your Wallet in the event of a lost key.

Depositing and Withdrawing Cash Balance

• Deposit Cash Balance with a debit or credit card: 2% fee; minimum amount €1

• Deposit Cash Balance via bank transfer: €1 fee; minimum amount €50

• Withdraw Cash Balance via bank transfer: €2 fee; minimum amount €3*

*If your Cash Balance in euros is less than €3, you can withdraw the entire balance by selecting the amount using the ‘Max’ button.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

• Buying cryptocurrencies: 0.99% fee; minimum amount €30

• Selling cryptocurrencies: 0.99% fee; minimum amount €1

• Cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency conversion: 0.99% fee; no minimum amount

• Receiving Bitcoin: free; no minimum amount

• Sending Bitcoin: mining fee; no minimum amount

• Transfer from Assets to Wallet: free; minimum amount 25,000 Sats

• Transfer from Wallet to Assets: mining fee; no minimum amount

Some useful information:

• There are no limits on the amount of cryptocurrency you can hold with Conio.

• The payment methods used for top-ups (card or bank account used for the transfer) must be based in Italy and registered in your name. The top-up amount must comply with the minimum and maximum limits set for your profile.

• A spread may be included in the purchase, sale, or conversion price. You will see the purchase, sale, or conversion price before completing the transaction directly in the summary within the app. See the dedicated FAQ for more details.
