Conio Prime Fees Promotion
This promotion reduces the fees applied to bitcoins purchases and sales made through the Conio Prime channel. It's already active, applies automatically to all Conio Prime clients, and remains valid until October 31, 2026.
The promotion is already active and is applied automatically to all eligible transactions, with no action required on your part.
How are fees determined?
The fees (spread) depends on the tier you reach, calculated based on two alternative parameters: the amount of the individual transaction or the overall balance of your portfolio. Whichever criterion is more favorable to you is always applied.

*For Wallet Balance, we consider the sum of the euro value of all assets held by the client, excluding Cash balance in euro.
A practical example:
A client with a wallet balance of €50,000 makes a BTC purchase of €80,000. Since the transaction amount (€80,000) falls within Tier 2, they're charged a 0.80% spread, even though their wallet balance alone would only place them in Tier 1: the more favorable of the two criteria is always applied.
Is there a minimum amount to access the promotional conditions?
Yes: the transaction must have a minimum amount of €25,000. Below this threshold, even when using the Conio Prime channel, the standard Conio App conditions apply. For more information, see our dedicated FAQ.
Which transactions are included?
BTC purchases and sales made through the Conio Prime channel. In addition to the conditions described in this document, clients at the higher tiers also get further benefits on the Conio App: you'll find them later in this document.
Conio App benefits for Tier 3, Pro, and Ultra Clients
If, at the start of the promotional period, your Wallet Balance falls within Tier 3, Pro, or Ultra, you get the same discounted fee (0.65%, 0.50%, or 0.35% respectively) on purchases and sales made through the Conio App as well, until October 31, 2026.
Conversion transactions made through the Conio App are also discounted: 0% fee until October 31, 2026.
Until when is the promotion valid?
Until October 31, 2026. Conio reserves the right to extend, modify, or confirm these conditions beyond this date, notifying clients.
