As a Trading Operations Specialist at Conio, your mission is to ensure a secure and smooth trading experience.

We have the perfect job for you, if you have these skills:
Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience as a Trading Operations Specialist, preferably with a focus on crypto.
great understanding of and/or interest in financial markets
Proactively document and improve processes & recommend system developments
You are well-versed in the principles of financial instruments and trading systems and also possess a very strong, problem-solving-oriented mindset
Nice to have.
Other qualities that make you the ideal candidate are:
Ability to identify problems and solve them quickly or escalate them as necessary
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to seek guidance and share knowledge with others
