To expand our Compliance team, we are looking for a Compliance specialist with a strong passion for the crypto and blockchain world.
What you will do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Compliance Management Support: Assist in ensuring regulatory and financial compliance with a focus on MiCAR, GDPR, DORA, and AMLR, including delegated regulations and applicable guidelines. Monitor operational processes with a specific focus on CASP legislative requirements within the EU, managing potential overlaps between different frameworks (including MiFID and PSD2). Support activities related to the implementation of the 231/01 Organizational and Management Model.
Stakeholder Support: Oversee compliance activities by supporting operational functions to ensure the maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, ensuring effective regulatory oversight.
Conflict of Interest Management: Assist in identifying and managing conflicts of interest, ensuring the integrity of the corporate compliance program through required controls and reporting.
STOR Management and Drafting: Support the monitoring and management of market abuse prevention, ensuring the reporting of suspicious transactions (internally and externally) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114and related delegated acts.
Complaints Management: Provide support in managing and monitoring the activities of the Complaints Office.
Reporting and Analysis: Draft feasibility studies and analyses on national, EU, and international regulations to support Group operations.

Deep Crypto Ecosystem Understanding: You actively follow crypto market dynamics, blockchain technological developments, and the latest trends in tokenization initiatives.
Regulatory Expertise: You have a solid knowledge of the European regulatory framework concerning Crypto Asset Service Providers.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: You are enthusiastic about finding the right balance between regulatory rigor and technological challenges.
Institutional Fluency: You move with confidence in institutional dialogues with national and European regulators, mastering technical English with the same precision as Italian.
The Edge
