1. Download the app and register
Download the App available for Android and iOS. Open the App and follow the steps to complete the registration process.
2. Secure your credentials
Write down in a secure place, preferably not linked to any internet network:
Password - you have set
Pin code - you have set
12 words – already set, that can be found (or you can find) in the settings.
3. Complete your profile
Go to the section Market and click on “Enable the Market”.
Your name, address anche ID document are requested.
It may take few minutes to be approved; the registration process will be asked only once.
4. Buy and sell Bitcoin
Once completed your profile and after receiving the confirmation email from us, you are ready to buy and sell Bitcoin.
Euro Liquidity
The balance of your Liquidity will be the starting and ending point for all your cryptocurrency purchase and sale operations in the App. This ensures greater speed, more freedom, and the savings on banking fees. You can directly top up your Liquidity in Euro in the App to use for your crypto purchases. Liquidity is recharged from your eventual sales. You can always withdraw your Liquidity to an Italian bank account in your name.
Recharge your Liquidity with card or bank transfer
To operate with the Conio App, you first need to recharge your Liquidity in Euro with a credit card or bank transfer in just a few simple clicks.
To recharge your position with a credit card:
Go to the "Home" or "Asset" screen and click on "Ricarica."
Enter the desired amount, ensuring it respects your recharge limits.
Click on "scegli il metodo di pagamento" and select "carta" (if this is your first purchase, you will need to enter all your credit card details to register it).
Click on the "avanti" button.
In the summary screen, you can review all the information regarding your recharge, including any fees.
Click on "ricarica."
The recharged amount will arrive directly in the "Asset" section, and you will receive a purchase receipt via email.
Note: To recharge with a credit or prepaid card, the card must be in your name and linked to an Italian bank account, otherwise the purchase will not be successful. The amount entered must respect your daily and annual limits, which can be found in the Settings section of the application.
To recharge your position with a bank transfer:
Once your profile is completed with the required documents, you can access advanced features such as purchasing with a bank transfer by going to the "Profilo," "Sicurezza," and clicking on "Aumenta la tua disponibilità".
You will need to fill out the questionnaire required by the Fifth EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive. It only takes a few minutes. Verification may take a few days, and once we have confirmed it, your recharge limit will be increased, and you will be able to recharge your liquidity via bank transfer.
Go to the "Home" or "Asset" screen and click on "Ricarica."
Enter the desired amount, ensuring it respects your recharge limits.
Click on "scegli il metodo di pagamento" and select "Bonifico," read the pop-up, and click "Conferma."
Click on the "avanti" button.
Copy the payment details and click "Conferma."
Access your online banking and make the transfer.
In the summary screen, you can review all the information regarding your recharge, including any fees.
The recharged amount will arrive directly in the "Assets" section, and you will receive a purchase receipt via email.
