In order for us to provide the best assistance, we kindly ask you to specify in detail your request, also through sharing images, screeshot and any useful document. We don’t reply through bot nor through automatic replies, but all the requests are carefully reviewed by our team: for this reason, we appreciate good manners and respect for our team. In the event you need further information or receive updates on your request, we kindly ask you not to open a new request but using the existing ones.
